By creating an account, accessing, or using Daily Love, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Daily Love. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that happen under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

You may not share or transfer your account, or use someone else’s account, without our permission.

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights; (c) generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; (e) use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Daily Love, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content. We do not endorse user-generated content and reserve the right to remove anything that violates these Terms or our policies.

AI-generated characters, images, and conversations are produced by automated systems and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your expectations. They are for entertainment and creative use only and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs and must comply with applicable laws and our content policies.

Some features require payment or credits. Prices and the credit-conversion rate are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire unless stated otherwise but are non-transferable and have no cash value.

We may change pricing at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

Daily Love offers a multi-level referral program. Commission rates and rules are described in the Refer & Earn section in-app and may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to withhold or claw back commissions earned through fraudulent activity, fake accounts, or other abuse of the program.

All rights in the Daily Love platform, including software, branding, and design, are owned by Rovi91 Innovations Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform without our written permission.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, harm other users, or pose a legal or security risk to the platform.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovi91 Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Daily Love. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
